Price was not the same before we started as after

This place is a disaster and outrageous. I walked in asking for a regular nail polish manicure saying I hate gel. They promised they were applying a regular polish and I asked « I can remove it myself with acetone » and they answered yes and insisted. I am now trying to remove it and it’s impossible! They lied in my face about a service I explicitly said I did not want.
